The right driver
The driver's name, photo, plate and rating show before they arrive. Check the face and the plate before you get in.
The ride code
Your 4-digit code is visible only to you. Without it, the driver can't start the ride.
Live sharing
Send a link by WhatsApp or SMS: your family sees the car move on a map. The link expires 1 hour after the ride.
SOS
During the ride, the SOS button sends an alert with your position to the Genda team, who call you back.
Fixed price
“Fixed price: never pay more” shows during the ride. Any overcharge can be reported in two taps.
Checked car
Tyres, lights, cleanliness, papers and battery: the driver checks the car before every shift. Without a recent check, or below 50% battery, they can't go online.
Behind the scenes
The rules live on the server.
A tampered app can't change a fare, skip the code or see other people's rides. Every rider sees only their own rides and the driver of their current ride.

How do I know it's the right driver?
The app shows the driver's name, photo and plate. You give them your 4-digit ride code: without it, the ride can't start.
A driver asked for more than the price shown.
Never pay more than the price shown. After the ride, report it in the app (“The driver asked for more”) or on WhatsApp: every report goes straight to the Genda team.
What do you do with my data?
We use your number and rides only to run the service and keep you safe. We never sell your data. Everything is explained in our privacy policy.
